Creative Cloud 2019 πρόβλημα

αναπάντεχα όλα τα apps της Adobe (CC 2019) δεν ανοίγουν. τα επανεγκατέστησα αλλά κανένα αποτέλεσμα. το εμφανιζόμενο μήνυμα είναι το εξής (εν προκειμένω για το InDesign):

Adobe InDesign CC 2019 cannot be opened because of a problem. Check with the developer to make sure it works with this version of macOS. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and macOS.
